what should i do about this stereo?

i bought a stereo for 230 bucks and had it put in a car that i later wrecked. i decided to sell that car and i told my uncle he could have the stereo because the car i was planning to get already had a good stereo. i can no longer get that car because i cant afford it. i need to keep that stereo now. what should i do?

its still in my first car, he doesnt have it yet. i just told him he could have it.

you could go ask him for it but remember you already gave it to him so if he says no then accept it and move on
