About how much? Need ideas?
Stevmon4 asked:
Well, i have been wondering what i should do with my wrecked car?
if i was to sell it, about how much do you think i would get??
I have a purplish/maroon 99 Mitsubishi Galant DE, the front bumber has a pretty good sized dent, and a small dent on the back bumber. Also the glove box latch needs to be replaced and there is a couple of tiny scratches in the paint, however right now the hood is stuck… i cant get it to open ( i am taking it to a mechanic to get it opened and checked). The car runs good, has only 84,600.00 miles on it. Tinted windows, power windows and locks still work, new coil packs and battery under the hood.
So what do you think?? any opinions or ideas would be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks!

With only that much mileage, fix it and drive it, you will probably get a lot more out of it that way than you ever would selling it.

usually if it is a small personally owned garage (not a chain) you can try to sell it to a mechanic there. my friends give $100-1500 for cars that people can afford to fix, then they fix them in their spare time and flip them for at least twice sometimes 10 times what they bought them for. ask your mechanic if he knows anyone that would want to buy the car.
if you bought it used for less than $5K then ask $1Kobo.
